Popcorn Snack

Ingredients:


1/3 cup popping kernels

3 Tablespoons of olive oil

salt and other seasonings to taste


Directions:

  1. Add popping kernels and olive oil to a large thick-bottomed saucepan (e.g. 3 quart sauce pan).

  2. Cover with a lid and place on stove top and heat on medium/high.

  3. After a few minutes you will hear the kernels start popping. When popping starts to slow down between pops, remove from heat.

  4. Add seasoning of your choice. I usually just like salt but my husband likes adding red pepper, pepper, and salt. Have fun trying different spices and add as little or as much as your would like.
