Cucumber Snack

This is such a great healthy snack on a warm summer day or it can be paired with a meal or as a summer cookout side.


Ingredients:

Fresh cucumbers

Garlic powder

Pepper

Salt


Directions:

1. Slice cold cucumbers into 1/4 inch slices.

2. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper as desired.

3. Serve immediately or child in refrigerator until served.
