Bean Salsa

This is a great summer recipe for a healthy snack or for hosting a cookout. This is also a creative way to get your daily dose of beans in for the day.

Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz can of black beans
1 diced bell pepper of any color
diced cherry tomatoes
1 - 8 oz can of plain corn
1 large diced red onion
1 lime
Directions:
1. Rinse and strain beans.
2. Add beans, peppers, tomatoes, corn, onions, and juice of one lime and mix until combined in a bowl.
3. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
